At The Run, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your journey, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to get you back on track as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your items in their original shoebox or packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and clear-tape it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
